Highly recommend Dr Guzman. Not only he... is an fantastic dentist, he has high work ethics. I had a situation where he clearly gave me options (tooth extraction or retreatment of root canal) and he explained cons and pros of both. This review is long overdue. I went to... see Dr. Guzman about a year ago when I had extreme pain in one of my tooth (which ended up needing a root canal). I had already met the annual max benefit on my dental insurance, but Dr. Guzman worked with me on the cost of the initial examination. Although I got my root canal done elsewhere by an oral surgeon (due to mine being more complicated than a regular one), I came back to Dr. Guzman for my crown. Not only was it quick (it was made in-house while I waited), but he did a fantastic job. I believe Dr. Guzman truly cares about his patients and their well-being, and I highly recommend him .read more

Dr Guzman is the best dentist I've ever... had, and I've had a lot of dental work over the years. Unlike prior dental work, with Dr Guzman I've had minimal or no discomfort after getting crowns and root canal. I'm fortunate in that through Medicare I have dental insurance through the Devoted plan, which is covering 5 crowns, a root canal, deep cleaning, and several fillings. Dr Guzman and his team are all professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Dr Guzman and his staff.read more

Wonderful bedside manner from everyone... from the moment I walked in door and no wait time. I had 2 wisdom teeth removed and I received such high quality care, blanket for cold and comfort, a protein shake since I didn’t get a chance to eat prior, and not to mention state of the art imaging and dental equipment used. Castle Dental wanted me to have two unnecessary root canals done, and if it wasn't for these guys I probably would have paid them literally thousands of dollars out of pocket! Dr. Michael Guzman is the BEST! I wish... I had found him earlier. Really! He cares for our entire family now. We've been his patients for over 2 years.Dr. Guzman is highly knowledgeable, confident, skilled, efficient, polite, courteous and friendly. He truly cares for us, our oral health and hygiene. He has a sound mind & good hand-eye coordination. :) It is important! He guarantees & backs up his work and willingly does redo without any delays, if necessary, which is nice.I have had the misfortune of meeting many bad dentists in the United States in the last 10 years. My mouth was a mess! :( So I feel I am able to appreciate the good, better, when I see it. Over these two years, Dr. Guzman and his wonderful team have helped me fix the various issues which caused food to pack in between my teeth and stopped my oral health from deteriorating any further. They have also taught me the correct way to care for my teeth and gums.Our family looks forward to our routine dental appointments! That's saying something!We like that Dr. Guzman's office is equipped with all kinds of latest gadgets and gizmos. His onsite lab enables dental crown work to be completed in a matter of hours, as opposed to days, which is a bonus. The post surgical care and support the doctor and his team provides deserves a special mention.As for his staff, Ashley is GREAT! She is an excellent dental hygienist overall, affable and knows what she is doing. My 7 year son enjoys her company and looks forward to his well-check visits. TVs on the ceilings of the patient rooms are a nice touch and keeps my little one entertained during his regular cleanings. In the year since moving to the area, I had been to a "premier" cosmetic dentist, an endodontist, and an oral surgeon. An employee sushed my toddler when she... started crying and closed the door in obvious annoyance. Mind you, of course I was embarrassed of my child's loud one minute cry but that is part of normal toddlers. I understand the closing the door but the rude shushing was unnecessary. Tactfully dealing with stressful or annoying situations are part of customer service.I had initially given a one star due to the incident above. However, after some reflection I decided to give a 5 star rating reflecting the overall experience. It wouldn't be fair to give a low rating based on the rudeness of one employee and minimize the exceptional service provided by the dentist and everyone else at the office.read more

Can't say enough. I have been working... with Dr Guzman for about 5 years or so. When he opened his own practice I followed him and definitely conclude it was the best decision. Hi staff is awesome. One of the dental hygienists, a lady called Ashley is amazing. I oversleep while she was cleaning my teeth. Dr Guzman's new practice is pretty sleek and high tech, they took me for panoramic X-ray and in no time I was in the hands of Ashley. Wow!!! My boys and I had a wonderful... experience at Asiri today. Their team is amazing!!! They treat you with utmost care and take a lot of time with you. The office is immaculate with beautiful decor, high tech ceiling screens and imaging equipment. The receptionist were super friendly and made sure we were comfortable as we waited. Ashley, our hygienist, was so thorough and extremely gentle at the same time. I’m also really happy to have Dr. Guzman as our family dentist.
